Integrative Health Practitioner Coaching
As IHP's, we believe that health is not just the absence of dis-ease (a lack of ease in the body), but that it is living a vibrant and healthful life by addressing all facets of a person's bio-individuality.
We believe that every dis-ease has an underlying root-cause, and by finding and addressing these root-causes (rather than the symptoms), these can be removed and allow for healing to take place. This is done by bringing together concepts from the disciplines of Functional, Ayurvedic, Bioregulatory, Orthomolecular, Naturopathic, and Chinese Medicines to guide Wellness Clients toward their most vibrant and healthful lives. We do this by educating clients about the root causes of dis-ease and how to counteract these through lab-testing, nutrition, supplementation protocols created by Dr. Stephen Cabral, lifestyle changes, and exercise.

Dis-ease can be described as a lack of ease in the body. By removing the root causes of dis-ease (stress, lack of nutrients, and toxins), we change the environment of the body which creates space for only vibrant health.
Virtual IHP Coaching
As an IHP coach, I meet with each client either in-person or virtually and provide a Start-up and/or Personalized Wellness Plan that is specifically tailored to their bio-individual needs, insight and accountability is offered, as well as additional support while the client is working toward achieving their health goal(s) along the way.
I specialize in detoxification, digestive, and hormonal health as well as helping clients to meet weight loss goals, and find the root causes for an overactive stress response. However, I am happy to work with a broad range of clients and look forward to seeing how, through working together, I can assist clients in achieving their goals.

My Story:
Despite the fact that I was eating in what I thought was a relatively healthy way (not eating a lot of sugar, dairy, and gluten), I was simply not feeling good. My digestion was not working right with bloating and discomfort and I was experiencing a lot of joint pain, stiffness and brain fog. My stress levels were high due to both working and being a student at the same time, I was not getting very much sleep, and my hormones were totally out of balance which was causing me to have irregular monthly cycles. At one point, my digestion got so bad that I could hardly eat anything solid and had to just opt for well cooked and pureed soups. On top of this, I was experiencing blurred vision and I had gained some extra pounds despite the fact that I was not able to eat much. I was getting to the point of being at my wits end in trying to figure out what was going on with my body as I jumped from one health and dietary fad to the other; looking for answers.
Then I heard a podcast interview with Dr. Stephen Cabral and much of what he said resonated with me in terms of digestion, diet, toxic load, and how stress levels play into all of these things. He is also a person that was driven by personal suffering and illness to find answers that were not being provided by standard health-care practitioners.
I learned about the Integrative Health Practitioner Institute, which he founded, and immediately became intrigued with their integrative concept of bringing different health modalities together, as well as recognizing the bio-individuality of each client. I wanted to know the information that Dr. Cabral was sharing in his daily podcasts in order to help others, but also make myself well at the same time. So I signed up and immediately started implementing what I was learning into my own life.
The result is a new level of vibrant health that I have not experienced in a long time. I am now more energetic, pain free, my hormones and cycles are balanced, and I am sleeping better than I have in a long time. I am happy to say that my digestion is now re-balanced and working great, my vision is no longer blurred, and I lost those extra lingering pounds which I thought were just a result of getting older.
This has truly been a game-changer for me and I am excited to help others find similar results for their own individual needs. As a Certified IHP, I use this same knowledge base to help clients reach their own health goals so that they, too, can live their most vibrant and healthliest lives!
